Open Kumite competition. 9.00am registration, will Finnish around 3pm. Suitable for all students, suitable for all ages and grades. Shin Guards, Mitts and Gum Shield must be worn, body armour recommended. Competition fee £15.

Kumite training course by Sensei Julian Meade 7th Dan. This course is invite only. This course will be charged at £35. The course will run from 9am-1pm.
